I want to pair up with you to keep the momentum flowing. Keep in mind, every class has a theme. For instance, I would be looking for a French restaurant to pair up with French Wines. Same for Brazilian Wines or Italian Wines. The food and wine pairing possibilities are endless.

Restaurant Owners: What sets my classes apart is that they are all about wine and food pairing. I am looking for local restaurateurs who want to showcase their food to potential customers in their neighborhoods. This is about getting your name out - and your food into the mouths of customers who may or may not have visited your establishment. Part of my goal is to promote local restaurants. I want my clients to experience great wine and great Chicago food. This is your chance to pair up with a world-class Sommelier and have YOUR products highlighted during the class. This will heat up excitement about your restaurant and bring in (potential) future revenue.

If you want to participate even further, why not hold a wine class at your restaurant! I am always looking for new and exciting locations to promote the wondrous world of food and wine pairing. Distributors/Winery's: If you are a Distributor or vintner, you have a fantastic opportunity to get your wines into the mouths of Chicagoans. I am looking for distributors/winery's willing to donate wine for my classes. This gets your product out and swirls up excitement. My clients will learn all about your products and why they make a terrific pairing for certain foods. BottledGrapes does not sell your product, but instead advises interested clients to locations where your product is sold. Promoting your wines could mean bigger profits for you as word gets out – and demand goes up - for your product.
